As the Founder & CEO of PlanWise Financial Group, her mission is to share her knowledge and expertise to help achieve both financial well-being and personal contentment.

Jessica is proud to call herself a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. This designation, held by a small percentage of financial advisors, shows Jessica’s commitment to being at the cutting edge of financial knowledge while always putting her clients’ interests first.

Jessica was born and raised in Upstate New York. She is a Cum Laude graduate of the Boston University Questrom School of Business (a proud “Terrier”) and a scholarship track and cross-country athlete. Despite living in Austin now, she finds herself always rooting for the Red Sox and Patriots – in addition to the ‘Horns. Hook ‘em!

Jessica met her husband, John, in Boston. They moved from Boston to Austin in 2009 and fell in love with all Austin had to offer. Jessica and John have two miracle IVF children, Connor and Caroline, as well as her fur child, Brady the labradoodle. When Jessica is not working, you will find her spending time with her friends and family, volunteering at Connor or Caroline’s school, running, and traveling. Always up for an adventure, the family looks forward to exploring new places each summer.

Giving back is a big focus for Jessica, her family, and everyone at PlanWise. Jessica is involved with the Ronald McDonald House of Austin to help raise awareness and gives back by volunteering, gathering necessities for families in need, and attending many of their annual fundraisers. Knowing how painful — and joyful — the fertility process can be, Jessica is also passionate about lending families going through fertility treatments a shoulder to cry on or a listening ear.

As a financial advisor at PlanWise, Jenny’s role is to assist clients with all aspects of the financial planning process. She graduated from Stonehill College in 2006 with a Psychology degree and has been working in the financial services industry ever since. Over the past 15+ years, she has worked at companies such as Columbia Threadneedle Investments, our Broker/Dealer, Commonwealth Financial Network, and Ned Davis Research, an industry leading investment and economic research firm. It was at Ned Davis, that Jenny learned about the history and psychology of the stock market and came to realize that her college degree and work experience were very intertwined. Her years of experience have taught her that you don’t have to know everything about the stock market and economy to be a successful investor. You just need to have a disciplined plan that keeps you on track toward reaching your goals.

Jenny enjoys helping busy people piece together their financial puzzles and simplify one seemingly complex part of their lives. As a wife, mother, student, and working professional, she knows what it is like to juggle a million things at once and feel like you will never have time for it all. Her passion for financial planning led her to continue her education. She has completed Boston University’s Certificate in Financial Planning Program, and is proud to call herself a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Jenny and her husband, Kevin, live in Milton, MA with their three children, Thomas, Lily, and Harrison. Jenny and Kevin were both collegiate lacrosse players and their competitive nature lives on in their children. As a family, they love doing anything outdoors, from hiking in the Blue Hills to spending their summers on the beaches of Cape Cod. When she is not doing schoolwork or driving her kids to and from their various sporting events and extracurricular activities – she enjoys sneaking out for a long run or a workout on her Peloton.

Louise’s goal is to make the financial planning process fun for her clients. She believes each person’s journey is unique, and she strives to provide a sense of relief and confidence that will inspire her clients to pursue their true joys in life. She prides herself in helping to simplify seemingly complicated situations, and loves building lasting, trusting relationships.

Growing up in Newark, Delaware, Louise was a painfully shy child, hating any kind of attention, and talking only when necessary. It wasn’t until going away to the University of Vermont that she spread her wings and opened her world to new adventures and people. After graduating UVM with a degree in Mathematics, she pursued a career in the high-tech industry. It was at Honeywell Bull Information Systems that she met her husband, Bob. They have been blessed with not only Bob’s three daughters, but an amazing daughter together, Sara. Louise’s love of numbers eventually served her well as a financial advisor. For almost 30 years, Louise has served in the financial services industry, successfully navigating decades of economic, political, and cultural changes.

Louise lives with her husband Bob in Falmouth, MA. She loves the ocean and is known for daily 4-mile walks whenever possible. She is passionate about giving back, and has held advisory positions with several charities, including Haven Project, Care Dimensions, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, as well as doing pro bono financial coaching. She is currently serving on the board of Palmarito Sea Turtle Rescue.

A key part of Louise’s philosophy is to keep humor front and center. She believes that the ability to laugh improves almost every situation in life, even the most challenging.

Maya joined PlanWise in July 2022 as a Client Service Associate. Her addition brings another fun, smart, outgoing, and friendly personality to the PlanWise family. After an engaging internship with PlanWise in Summer 2021, Maya knew it was the right place for her to grow, learn the ins and outs of the wealth management industry, and ultimately fulfill her dream of becoming a financial advisor. As a Client Service Associate, she makes sure all PlanWise clients receive the highest level of service in every interaction.

Maya is a 2022 Texas A&M University graduate (gig ‘em!). She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in finance. She discovered a passion for helping others and enjoyed coordinating fundraising events, including raising money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The fulfillment Maya found in helping others is just part of the reason she wanted to pursue a career in wealth management.

When she’s not working or studying, Maya enjoys spending time with her friends and family, boating on Lake Travis, cheering on the Aggies at football games, hitting a spin class downtown, or traveling (Greece is one of her favorite places). Maya was born and raised in Lakeway, TX and has one older sister, Siena. They grew up with two loving parents, Joe & Tracy, who met in Milan, Italy while working as electrical engineers for IBM. At home, the Werners have two adorable mini–Australian Shepherds, Blue and Buffy.
