As Client Service Administrator at PlanWise, Rosie is focused on serving our clients and supporting the firm’s financial advisors as they meet client needs and exceed expectations. Rosie comes to PlanWise with an extensive background in both business operations and customer service. She enjoys working on the systems, processes, and projects that allow the firm and advisors to operate efficiently and effectively for our clients.
Rosie’s path to a financial services career is unique. She is a teacher by education, holding a bachelor’s degree in science education from Brigham Young University. Rosie taught middle school science for several years before taking a career break to focus on raising her young family. Upon returning to the work force, Rosie began teaching for a well-known test prep company, where she quickly transitioned from teaching to the business operations side. After several years in the test-prep world, Rosie decided to take her career in a new, more fulfilling direction, and began seeking opportunities in finance and accounting. She is now beyond thrilled to be part of the caring and dedicated PlanWise team.
When not working, Rosie’s favorite thing to do is spend time doing anything with her favorite four people in the world: her husband, Brian, and three teenaged kids (Allison, Carter, & Lindsey). They are recent transplants to Massachusetts and enjoy exploring New England together. When time allows, Rosie can be found reading, sewing, or dreaming up the next home remodel project on the list. She is also active in her church community and currently serves on the children’s programming board for the Blackstone Valley area of congregations.
